Margaritaville at Sea plans third ship and Galveston debut for 2027
The cruise line is also preparing to revive its fleetwide annual pass and expand its work with travel advisors.

Margaritaville at Sea plans to introduce its third ship and begin sailing from Galveston in 2027 as it seeks additional partnerships with travel advisors. CEO Christopher Ivy said the Texas itineraries would include destinations not commonly served by other cruise operators, although the company has not specified which ship will sail from Galveston.
The cruise line’s annual pass is expected to return under a new name, with modifications and access across all three ships. Ivy said the renamed product would most likely go on sale before the end of the third quarter. The 2026 version started at $899 per person and covered unlimited sailings booked within 30 days of departure.
Beachcomber, a 1,358-stateroom ship, is scheduled to launch in January. Announced features include a four-level 5 o’Clock Somewhere venue, adults-only cabanas, the License to Chill Pool Deck, a Daiquiri Shack, expanded suites, new production shows and additional dining concepts.
Margaritaville at Sea has also established a partnership with Zac Brown intended to create a dedicated live-music experience aboard its ships. The company recently launched its first certified travel advisor program as part of its effort to strengthen advisor relationships.
