Marella Cruises’ seven-night Cosmopolitan Charms itinerary is a round trip from Palma, Mallorca, aboard Marella Discovery 2. The ship has 11 decks and 918 cabins.
The scheduled route calls at Palamos on Spain’s Costa Brava, Propriano in Corsica, Civitavecchia near Rome, Salerno in southwestern Italy and Palermo in Sicily. After visiting the five ports, the ship spends a day at sea before returning to Palma.
Chargeable excursions are offered at every stop. A writer taking his first cruise with his son Archie chose a hop-on, hop-off bus tour of Rome, with port transfers from Civitavecchia, and a separate tour combining Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius.

Marella Cruises advertised fares from £1,470 per person, based on two adults sharing a Deck 6-8 inside cabin on an all-inclusive basis. The listed package included TUI Airways flights from Birmingham to Palma on Oct. 6, 2026, luggage, transfers, tips and service charges. The company said prices could change and availability was limited.
