Two friends who have known each other for nearly two decades are planning a short cruise to The Bahamas, continuing a series of shared voyages that has included destinations in Europe and the South Pacific.
They began cruising together after Samantha moved from the United States to the United Kingdom. Their first trip was a weeklong sailing from Southampton, England, to Spain and France.
The friends later took another cruise in the Mediterranean. That itinerary visited Naples, Italy, and Valletta, Malta.
Their subsequent travels took them farther afield. On another voyage, they departed from Sydney, Australia, and cruised to five islands in the South Pacific.
The pair are now making plans for their next sailing, described as a short trip to The Bahamas.
