Lee Ji Hye Reports Missing Bag During Anniversary Disney Cruise
The broadcaster said a Mickey Mouse bag disappeared from her family’s cabin door, but she decided not to pursue the matter as an incident.
Broadcaster Lee Ji Hye traveled aboard a Disney cruise with her husband and two daughters to mark the couple’s ninth wedding anniversary.
According to Lee, a Mickey Mouse bag that had been hanging outside the family’s cabin door disappeared on the second day of the voyage. She initially thought her daughter might be playing a joke, but later alleged that someone must have removed the bag. Lee said the disappearance left her feeling upset.
Lee later said a Korean passenger the family met had advised them to secure items with cable ties or similar fasteners. Although she was unhappy about the missing bag, Lee said she would not escalate the disappearance into an incident. She explained that pursuing security footage and becoming involved in a dispute would detract from the family’s purpose of enjoying the anniversary trip.
