Jungle Cruise boat derails shortly after leaving Disneyland dock
Guest Paige Bryant said passengers transferred to a second boat after Cast Members were unable to tow the stranded vessel.
A Jungle Cruise boat at Disneyland Park derailed shortly after departing the dock, according to guest Paige Bryant. Bryant shared several video clips from the experience on Instagram.
Cast Members initially tried to tow the affected vessel, but the effort was unsuccessful. They then brought another boat alongside the stranded craft so the passengers could move carefully from one vessel to the other.
Everyone appeared to transfer safely onto the replacement boat, according to the account of the incident. Once aboard the second vessel, the group was able to experience the Jungle Cruise attraction normally.
The affected guests also reportedly received a complimentary Lightning Lane pass after the transfer.
