Josh Blue Says Ship Security Visited Cabin After Teenagers’ Allegation
The comedian said security took no further action after learning that his gait was caused by cerebral palsy.

Comedian and cruise passenger Josh Blue said ship security visited his cabin at about one in the morning after teenagers alleged that he had tried to abduct them. According to Blue’s account, the teenagers reported the allegation to their parents, who then notified the ship.
Blue said he and his girlfriend had remained between eight and ten feet from the teenagers during the encounter. He said security initially believed he was intoxicated and planned to revoke his alcohol privileges because of the way he walked.
Blue said he explained that his gait was caused by his disability. His girlfriend then clarified that he has cerebral palsy, after which security said it understood and that no further action was needed, according to his account.
Blue said security did not apologize. He added that another security officer later told him and his girlfriend that the matter had been resolved and no additional action would be taken. Blue said he would not cruise with Royal Caribbean again.
