Investment Manager Acquires Royal Caribbean Shares
Connor Clark and Lunn Investment Management added a second-quarter stake as the cruise company reported revenue and earnings above analysts’ expectations.

A 13F filing showed that Connor Clark and Lunn Investment Management Ltd. acquired 17,928 shares of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. during the second quarter. The holding was valued at approximately $5,693,000. Institutional investors owned 87.53% of Royal Caribbean stock.
Royal Caribbean shares opened at $284.62 on Friday, while the company’s market capitalization stood at $76.12 billion. The cruise operator reported quarterly earnings of $4.21 per share, compared with the consensus estimate of $3.98 per share.
Quarterly revenue totaled $4.83 billion, against analysts’ expectations of $4.82 billion. Royal Caribbean said revenue rose 6.5% from the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
The company established fiscal-year 2026 earnings-per-share guidance of 17.730 to 17.870. It also set third-quarter 2026 earnings-per-share guidance of 6.260 to 6.360.
Separately, CEO Michael W. Bayley sold 12,811 Royal Caribbean shares at an average price of $315.99. The transaction totaled $4,048,147.89.
