Holland America outlines six-ship Alaska season for 2027
The program includes a new eight-day Vancouver sailing, the return of a 28-day Arctic Circle voyage and expanded capacity at the line’s Denali lodge.

Holland America Line plans to deploy six ships in Alaska from April through September 2027, marking its 80th year of exploring the region. Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Noordam, Westerdam and Zaandam will operate voyages from Seattle, Vancouver and Whittier.
The schedule introduces an eight-day Alaska Inside Passage itinerary sailing roundtrip from Vancouver. Holland America said the voyage will travel through the Inside Passage, visit Glacier Bay and call at Skagway, Ketchikan and Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
Noordam is also scheduled to operate the 28-day Legendary Alaska Arctic Circle Solstice cruise for a third year. The roundtrip Seattle voyage is due to depart June 6 and travel to the Bering Sea and into the Arctic Circle around the summer solstice.
On land, the company expects to complete renovations at Holland America Denali Lodge in 2027. Final work includes replacing older structures with two guest buildings, increasing the property’s capacity by 72 rooms.
Holland America also said it contributed more than $320,000 during its 2026 season to organizations and initiatives in Anchorage, Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan and Denali.
