The cruise line’s year-end program will feature festive entertainment, themed dining and a fleetwide welcome for 2027.

Holland America Line has announced plans for its 2026 holiday cruises, with seasonal entertainment, dining experiences and celebrations scheduled aboard its ships. Programming will include carol singing, holiday movies, crew performances and activities designed for families.
Dining events are set to include Thanksgiving dinner, Breakfast with Santa, a Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes and Nutcracker Tea. The line also plans to serve a seasonal Magnolia Gingerbread Cake in the Dining Room, expanding its partnership with Magnolia Bakery.
For New Year’s Eve, Holland America said parties will be held across its ships, accompanied by a champagne toast to welcome 2027.
One listed itinerary is Zaandam’s 15-day Panama Canal Holiday cruise, scheduled to depart San Diego on Dec. 19, 2026, and sail to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The company’s Save on Sunshine promotion provides discounts of up to 50% on cruise fares for select departures. Children can also sail without a cruise fare when booked as the third or fourth guests in the same stateroom. For select holiday cruises booked from Oct. 13 through Oct. 21, 2026, Holland America said guests will additionally receive up to $200 in onboard credit per stateroom and one complimentary night of specialty dining.
