Holland America Opens 2028 Canada and New England Bookings
Volendam and Zuiderdam will sail regional itineraries from May through October 2028, including voyages from Montréal.

Holland America Line has opened bookings for its 2028 Canada and New England season, scheduled from May through October aboard Volendam and Zuiderdam. The company says it will make more Montréal calls than any other cruise operator, with itineraries lasting seven to 14 days and longer Collectors’ Voyages.
Select cruises will depart from Montréal, stay overnight in Québec City and make late-night calls at Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, and Saint John, New Brunswick. Volendam will operate itineraries linking Montréal, Québec City, Boston and New York.
Volendam’s schedule includes a nine-day Montréal-to-New York sailing departing Sept. 30, 2028, a 10-day Montréal-to-Boston voyage leaving June 7, and two 11-day round-trip Montréal itineraries departing May 27 and Aug. 29. A 14-day Fort Lauderdale-to-Montréal cruise will depart May 13, calling at Norfolk, Boston, Portland, Halifax, Sydney, Prince Edward Island, Québec City and Saguenay.
Zuiderdam will make its Canada and New England debut after Holland America Line’s planned Evolution transformation. The company says the refurbishment will add purpose-built Solo Verandah staterooms, forward-facing Bridgeview Suites and the Grand Dutch Café.
