Holland America details 2026 holiday sailings and seasonal offer
The cruise line plans festive programming across several ships, alongside limited discounts and booking incentives.

Holland America Line says its 2026 holiday cruises will include seasonal decorations, tree-lighting ceremonies, caroling, holiday movies, crew performances and activities for families. Ships are scheduled to mark Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas, followed by New Year’s Eve parties and champagne toasts welcoming 2027.
The line also plans to serve a seasonal Magnolia Gingerbread Cake in the Dining Room. The dessert is an extension of Holland America’s partnership with Magnolia Bakery.
Featured itineraries include a seven-day Baja Peninsula cruise aboard Koningsdam, departing round-trip from San Diego on Nov. 21, and a 15-day Panama Canal holiday voyage aboard Zaandam from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 19. Koningsdam will also depart San Diego that day for another seven-day Baja sailing.
Caribbean options include Rotterdam’s 11-day Eastern Caribbean cruise and Volendam’s 14-day Southern Caribbean voyage, both leaving Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 22. Eurodam will sail a seven-day Western Caribbean itinerary round-trip from Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 26.
Holland America says its Save on Sunshine promotion provides discounts of up to 50% on cruise fares, with children sailing free as the third and fourth occupants of the same stateroom on select departures. Eligible bookings made Oct. 13-21, 2026, also receive up to $200 in onboard credit per stateroom and one complimentary specialty-dining night on select holiday cruises.
