Holland America completes RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay enhancements
The Bahamas private island destination adds a barbecue pavilion and plans an exclusive Beach Club experience.

Holland America Line has completed a new round of enhancements at RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, its private island destination in the Bahamas.
The additions include a food pavilion serving an island-inspired barbecue menu and an exclusive Beach Club. According to the cruise line, Beach Club day passes are scheduled to open for booking in early October and will include priority tendering from the ship to the island.
Holland America said the Beach Club will provide dedicated waiter service, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, beach accessories, specialty food and drink options, and additional surprise experiences.
Elsewhere at the destination, cabanas are being upgraded, while more daybeds, enhanced two-person canopy loungers and additional beach chairs are planned. Four pickleball courts are also part of the updates.
The cruise line is also offering its Save on Sunshine promotion, with savings of up to 50% on cruise fares and free children’s fares available on select sailings.
