Ferrol Cruise Port plans new terminal for 2027 season
Global Ports Holding will develop and operate the passenger facility under a 30-year concession awarded by the Ferrol-San Cibrao Port Authority.

Ferrol Cruise Port is expected to begin operating from a new passenger terminal in spring 2027 under a 30-year concession awarded to Global Ports Holding by the Ferrol-San Cibrao Port Authority.
The development will occupy approximately 960 square metres at the port’s outer quay and is planned in two phases. The first phase will provide a 480-square-metre passenger terminal, with construction expected to begin in 2026.
Cruise operations at the facility are scheduled to start during the 2027 season. Once operational, Ferrol Cruise Port will join Global Ports Holding’s international network of 35 ports, which serves more than 22 million cruise passengers.
