Explora Journeys revises winter 2027-2028 deployment
EXPLORA I will sail in South America, while EXPLORA V will visit the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Atlantic Islands.
Explora Journeys has replaced previously scheduled Middle East and Red Sea sailings for winter 2027-2028 with two Journey Collections aboard EXPLORA I and EXPLORA V. The revised itineraries span South America, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Islands.
From December 2027 through March 2028, EXPLORA I is scheduled to operate 10 South American journeys visiting 37 destinations in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, the Falkland Islands and Chile. Twenty destinations will be maiden calls for Explora Journeys, including 12 in Brazil.
The EXPLORA I itineraries will include five overnight stays, including visits to Buenos Aires, Puerto Madryn and Rio de Janeiro, along with eight late departures.
EXPLORA V is scheduled to operate 21 journeys from December 2027 through April 2028 during its inaugural winter season. The ship will begin in the Western and Central Mediterranean and along the North African coast before heading toward the Atlantic Islands in January. It will return to the Mediterranean in March.
EXPLORA V highlights will include a maiden call at Crotone, Italy, late departures from Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza, and overnight stays in Casablanca and Lisbon.
