Explora I plans three-day Monaco Grand Prix stay in 2027
The luxury ship is scheduled to dock at Port Hercule, about 150 metres from the race circuit.
Explora Journeys plans to position Explora I at Monaco’s Port Hercule for three days beginning June 2, 2027, placing the ship roughly 150 metres from the Monaco Grand Prix circuit. The visit is set to mark the third consecutive year the vessel has remained in the region for the race.
Suites packaged with three days of Grandstand access have sold out, according to the cruise line, although prospective guests can register their interest. Additional suites offering three-day Paddock Club hospitality are expected to become available, with prices yet to be announced.
The race-weekend stay can be paired with an itinerary sailing from Rome to Monaco between May 24 and June 7, a Monaco-to-Barcelona voyage running from June 2 to June 14, or a combination of both cruises.
Separately, MSC Cruises has been announced as the title sponsor of three FIA Formula One World Championship Grand Prix races the following year.
