Disney Wonder completes 14-day Victoria dry dock
The 2026 shipyard period included new carpeting, a hull coating and updates to the Edge tween club.

Disney Wonder returned from dry dock on Aug. 31, 2026, after spending 14 days at Seaspan Victoria Shipyards in Victoria, British Columbia. Nearly 1,000 crew and cast members contributed to more than 100 renovation, maintenance and inspection projects across the ship.
The work included laying more than 12 miles of new carpet and applying a sustainable hull coating. Disney said the advanced coating, also used on Disney Magic during its 2026 dry dock, is intended to improve performance, limit environmental impact and support the cruise line’s environmental objectives.
Disney Wonder and Disney Magic also emerged from their respective dry docks with refreshed Edge clubs for tweens. The redesigned spaces feature a new color palette and modular components that can be rearranged for different activities.
Separate work aboard Disney Fantasy introduced Ramone’s Cantina, a Cars-themed quick-service dining venue. The ship also received updates to Senses Spa & Salon and debuted the Fantasia-inspired Fantasy Tower Suite. Efficiency upgrades on Disney Fantasy included a new bulbous bow, which Disney said supports better performance and reduced environmental impact.
