Disney Wish to make first Prince Edward Island call in 2027
The seven-night Canada voyage will be the ship’s longest itinerary during its autumn season from New York City.
Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Wish is scheduled to make its inaugural call at Prince Edward Island on Oct. 27, 2027. The visit will be the cruise brand’s first at the Canadian port in nearly a decade, following a Disney Magic call on Oct. 25, 2017.
The ship is due to leave New York on Oct. 24, 2027, for a seven-night roundtrip voyage. The itinerary includes Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, as well as Sydney and Halifax.
Disney Wish will be the first Wish-class vessel to sail from New York City. The Canadian voyage is also scheduled to be the longest itinerary operated by the ship during its autumn 2027 New York season.
Port Charlottetown has been working with the Province of Prince Edward Island and tourism partners to encourage visitation beyond the island’s traditional peak season.
