Disney Wish to Make First Charlottetown Call in 2027
The seven-night Canadian voyage will mark Disney Cruise Line’s return to Prince Edward Island after nearly a decade.
Disney Cruise Line announced that the Disney Wish will make its inaugural visit to Port Charlottetown on Oct. 27, 2027, marking the company’s return to Prince Edward Island.
The ship entered service in 2022. Its scheduled arrival will come almost 10 years after the Disney Magic visited Charlottetown on Oct. 25, 2017.
According to Disney, the seven-night round-trip cruise will leave New York City on Oct. 24, 2027, and call at Charlottetown, Sydney and Halifax before returning to New York on Oct. 31.
Disney said the voyage will be the Wish’s only seven-night Canadian itinerary departing from New York. The sailing is also planned to make the Disney Wish the first Wish-class vessel to operate from the city. At seven nights, it will be the longest round-trip itinerary in the ship’s limited fall 2027 New York season.
