Disney Vacation Club sets members-only Disney Believe sailing for 2028
Reservations for the First Wave cruise are scheduled to open in November 2026, with eligibility and an exchange required.
Disney Vacation Club has announced a members-only First Wave sailing aboard Disney Believe, scheduled to depart Jan. 5, 2028. The cruise will take place less than three weeks after the ship’s planned maiden voyage.
Reservations for the Disney Vacation Club sailing are set to open Nov. 21, 2026. According to the terms included in the announcement, participation requires eligibility and an exchange. The voyage’s itinerary, duration and points cost have not been disclosed, and details remain subject to change.
Disney said Disney Believe’s maiden voyage is scheduled to leave Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 18, 2027. The ship is planned to operate four- and five-night cruises from Fort Lauderdale to destinations in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Bookings for the general public are scheduled to open Oct. 19, 2026, according to Disney. Disney Believe is described as Disney Cruise Line’s fourth Wish-class vessel, following Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
