Disney Treasure guests combine Caribbean excursions with Castaway Cay cabana
Mary Tesh’s seven-night family sailing included port activities in Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica, followed by a shared island cabana.

Mary Tesh and her family took a seven-night Disney Treasure cruise featuring calls at Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Disney Castaway Cay. Before the Saturday departure, Tesh flew from Wisconsin to Orlando on Wednesday and spent three nights at Disney’s Old Key West Resort with her husband, their adult children and their son’s fiancée.
Tesh and her husband traveled from the resort to Port Canaveral aboard a Disney Cruise Line motorcoach, while their children drove to Florida.
In Cozumel, the couple booked a National Geographic day tour at Mrs. Martha’s Bee Farm for $159 per adult. They later joined the Island Flavors, Rhythms and Highlights excursion in Grand Cayman, priced at $109 per person.
During the Jamaica call, Tesh and her husband selected the Hampton Estate Rum Tour for $109 each. The younger adults chose the Chukka Horseback Ride and Swim, which cost $119 per person.
At Disney Castaway Cay, seven family members shared cabana number 30 for a total of slightly more than $1,000. According to Tesh, the covered space gave the group a place to gather when showers and storms led guests to be called out of the water.
