Disney Cruise Line shares Disney Believe clues before reveal
A number found at Castaway Cay has prompted speculation about a possible December 2027 maiden voyage.
Disney Cruise Line is sharing clues about its new ship, Disney Believe, ahead of an official reveal. The full presentation was scheduled to stream at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
The number 1218 was found on a telescope lens at the observation tower on Castaway Cay. A report speculated that the clue could point to a maiden voyage on Dec. 18, 2027, but the supplied facts do not confirm that interpretation or a debut date.
Other teasers aboard Disney Wish reportedly hinted at a Tangled venue, themed bars and a sweet shop. The same report said Disney Believe may also feature a bar themed to The Nightmare Before Christmas and an Encanto dinner show. Those possible venues were described as clues or potential features rather than confirmed elements of the ship.
