Disney Cruise Line Plans Eight Puerto Rico Visits in Fiscal 2028

Disney Cruise Line is planning eight visits to Puerto Rico during fiscal 2028, according to the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. The planned activity consists of six homeport operations and two transit calls.
The ships expected to participate are Disney Destiny, Disney Fantasy and Disney Wish. Puerto Rico tourism officials said the 2027-2028 winter season is anticipated to mark Disney’s first use of San Juan as a homeport during the Caribbean’s busiest cruise period.
Tourism officials estimate that the full slate of eight calls will produce an economic impact of approximately $7.2 million. The estimate covers both the planned homeport operations and transit visits.
