Disney Cruise Line pilots corporate group events aboard Disney Adventure
Groups of 80 to 100 passengers are testing event logistics and guest movement, with enquiries assessed individually.

Disney Cruise Line is running a pilot programme aboard Disney Adventure to evaluate corporate event logistics and passenger movement. The trials involve groups of about 80 to 100 guests.
The cruise line is reviewing corporate group enquiries individually instead of setting fixed booking dates or firm group-size limits. Each request is assessed according to the organiser’s objectives.
Corporate attendees can use designated event areas while continuing to access the ship’s wider dining, entertainment and leisure offerings. Potential venues include several lounges, Baymax Cinema and The Walt Disney Theatre, with spaces available for presentations, networking, welcome remarks and award events.
Disney Cruise Line also provides support to review technical and audiovisual requirements and identify an appropriate venue. Possible customisation, evaluated with organisers, may include bespoke Port Adventures, private character meetings, tailored group dining and physical or digital branding.
The company said it is working with industry stakeholders and accepting enquiries from event planners.
