Disney Believe to join fleet in late 2027 with exclusive Encanto musical
Disney Cruise Line’s ninth ship is planned for short Caribbean and Bahamas sailings from South Florida.

Disney Believe is scheduled to launch in late 2027 as Disney Cruise Line’s ninth vessel and fourth Wish-class ship, joining Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny. The company plans to operate four- and five-night cruises from South Florida to the Caribbean and The Bahamas, with visits to one or both of its island destinations: Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Planned onboard features include seven swimming pools, splash areas, restaurants and other food outlets, character encounters and experiences described by Disney as firsts for the cruise line. An Encanto musical is set to debut exclusively aboard the ship. The entertainment lineup also includes Tangled: The Musical, Disney Seas the Adventure and the returning Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party.
A Zootropolis-themed entertainment hub named Gazelle will host daytime trivia, games and a family show featuring Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. In the evening, the venue is planned to offer adults-only programming, including silent discos and variety acts. Dining additions include a new restaurant, Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast.
Disney Believe will also have four royal suites. The ship-exclusive, two-level Believe Tower Suite will span nearly 2,000 square feet and accommodate as many as eight guests, with two main bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
