Disney Believe to Debut From Port Everglades in December 2027
Bookings for the new Disney Cruise Line ship are scheduled to open in October 2026 ahead of regular Bahamas and Caribbean sailings.

Disney Believe is scheduled to begin its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 18, 2027. Bookings are due to open on Oct. 19, 2026, with the ship then operating regular four- and five-night itineraries from the Florida port to the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Planned dining and entertainment include Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, featuring food and live musical performances inspired by the Frozen films. The adults-focused Sea Notes piano lounge will draw on an underwater theme inspired by The Little Mermaid. The Zootopia-inspired Gazelle club is planned as a family venue during the day before becoming adults-only at night.
Songwriter Lin-Manuel Miranda said the first live stage adaptation of the 2021 film Encanto will debut aboard Disney Believe. The ship’s Grand Hall is planned around a Moana statue and will include a chandelier incorporating the Heart of Te Fiti.
Disney Believe’s arrival builds on Disney Cruise Line’s 15-year agreement with Port Everglades. The addition is expected to support tourism and economic activity across Broward County, including local businesses, employment and the hospitality sector.
