Disney Believe to debut Encanto musical and Zootopia hub
Disney Cruise Line says the new ship will begin sailing from Port Everglades on 18 December as part of its broader fleet expansion.

Disney Cruise Line has outlined entertainment, dining and bar experiences planned for Disney Believe, including what the company describes as the first stage musical based on Encanto. The production will follow Mirabel as she seeks to save her family and their home.
The ship’s theatre lineup will also feature Tangled: The Musical, previously presented aboard Disney Magic, and Disney Seas the Adventure, an original production developed for the cruise line’s Wish class.
A Zootopia-inspired entertainment hub called Gazelle will host games and character encounters during the day before shifting to adult-exclusive programming at night. Disney Believe will also introduce Big Hero Sips, inspired by Big Hero 6, and Café Kakamora, themed to the characters from Moana. A new Frozen-themed dining venue is planned as well.
Other additions will include the Haunted Mansion Parlor, an immersive bar drawing on the Disney parks attraction. Disney announced that the ship is scheduled to set sail from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on 18 December. Disney Believe forms part of a multiyear expansion under which Disney Cruise Line plans to operate 13 ships by 2031.
