Discover Airlines plans Frankfurt-Genoa cruise flights for 2027
The twice-weekly seasonal route will support Costa Cruises departures from Genoa and Savona.
Discover Airlines plans to launch nonstop flights between Frankfurt and Genoa on March 28, 2027, aimed at German travelers joining Costa Cruises sailings from the Italian ports of Genoa and Savona.
The service is a collaboration involving Discover Airlines, Costa Cruises and Genoa Airport. Fly-and-cruise packages will pair the flights with voyages aboard Costa Toscana departing from Savona and Costa Fascinosa sailing from Genoa.
According to the announced schedule, Discover Airlines will operate the route twice a week during the summer season using 180-seat Airbus A320 aircraft. The seasonal service is due to continue through October 30, 2027.
Tickets are available through the Discover Airlines and Lufthansa websites, as well as through travel agencies.
