Cunard schedules Michel Roux culinary residencies for 2027 and 2028

Five Queen Anne sailings will feature limited-capacity Le Gavroche tasting menus and onboard culinary events.

Cunard has announced the return of its Michel Roux Culinary Residencies for 2027 and 2028, with five sailings planned aboard Queen Anne.

The program is scheduled for seven-night Norway and Norwegian fjords itineraries in May, August and September 2027. Further residencies will take place on a Norway and Denmark voyage in May 2028 and a Norwegian Fjords sailing in June 2028.

Le Gavroche dining will be offered in Queen Anne’s Sir Samuels restaurant. A tasting menu curated with Roux will be available to 50 guests each evening at a price of $250 (£189) per person.

The culinary program will also include a three-course gala menu served across the ship’s main dining rooms, along with seafood dishes in the Carinthia Lounge. Roux is due to host live cooking demonstrations, talks and question-and-answer sessions during the voyages.

According to the announcement, 12 Le Gavroche at Sea residencies have been held on Cunard ships since 2024, spanning Queen Mary 2 and Queen Anne.
