Cruise Complete adds four cruise lines to booking platform
Travel Leaders Network advisors can now book Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Virgin Voyages and Windstar Cruises through the web-based system.
Travel Leaders Network has added Disney Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Virgin Voyages and Windstar Cruises to Cruise Complete, its proprietary web-based cruise booking platform.
According to the network, Cruise Complete enables advisors to compare cruise lines and itineraries, develop client proposals and send customized quotes. Advisors can also reserve multiple cabins and manage or modify bookings through the platform.
The system integrates with multiple customer relationship management platforms supported by Travel Leaders Network. It also helps advisors identify eligible Distinctive Voyages departures, amenity departure dates and Culinary Collection sailings.
Distinctive Voyages is the network’s exclusive cruise program offering additional benefits on select voyages. Those benefits can include support from a Distinctive Voyages host, a private welcome reception and a shore event. Travel Leaders Network said the platform’s amenity and Culinary Collection indicators can help advisors provide added client value without an additional cost.
