Corient acquires Royal Caribbean shares as quarterly results top expectations

The holding was valued at approximately $15,881,000. The report states that institutional investors own 87.53% of the company’s stock.
Royal Caribbean reported quarterly earnings per share of $4.21, exceeding analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.98 by $0.23. Quarterly revenue was $4.83 billion, compared with analysts’ expectations of $4.82 billion. Revenue increased 6.5% from the same quarter of the previous year.
The cruise company set fiscal 2026 earnings-per-share guidance at 17.730-17.870 and third-quarter 2026 guidance at 6.260-6.360.
Separately, CEO Michael W. Bayley sold 12,811 Royal Caribbean shares at an average price of $315.99. The transaction had a total value of $4,048,147.89.
