Citi Ends Royal Caribbean Catalyst Watch, Keeps Buy Rating
Citi maintained its $362 price target after Royal Caribbean Group shares rose 17% over the preceding week.

Citi discontinued its upside 90-day catalyst watch on Royal Caribbean Group on Oct. 2, 2026, while maintaining a Buy rating and a $362 price target. A report attributed the company’s 17% share-price increase over the preceding week to growing investor support for Royal Caribbean’s reported acquisition of Sandals.
The report placed Royal Caribbean Group’s market capitalization at $72.21 billion. The cruise operator manages Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea. It also holds a 50% stake in a joint venture that operates TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
According to the report, Royal Caribbean’s price-to-sales ratio was 3.92 and stood slightly above its historical median. The company’s GF Score was listed as 85 out of 100. The report also tracked eight premium investment managers holding Royal Caribbean shares. Five had reduced their positions over recent quarters, while three had increased their holdings.
