Chef-led cruise programming expands across three lines
Norwegian Cruise Line, Holland America Line and Oceania Cruises are planning culinary voyages, updated menus and food-focused activities.

Chefs Making Waves with Bobby Flay & Friends is scheduled aboard Norwegian Joy from November 6 to 11, 2026. The voyage is set to visit Georgetown, Grand Cayman, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. The menu launched at the standalone Morimoto By Sea restaurant aboard Nieuw Amsterdam, while a pop-up experience is expected to reach all 11 ships in the fleet by mid-November.
Morimoto is also scheduled to join Nieuw Amsterdam during May 2 to 27 for an eight-day Alaska cruise departing from Vancouver.
Oceania Cruises describes its Culinary Luminaries Cruise as a 10-day voyage from Belfast to Lisbon aboard Oceania Marina, departing September 15. Scheduled programming includes visits to vineyards near Bordeaux, tours beneath Chateau Royal de Cognac, cooking demonstrations and destination-themed Chef’s Market Dinners.
