Celestyal shifts winter deployments to the Mediterranean
The cruise line will stay out of the Middle East for the next two years while introducing new western and eastern Mediterranean itineraries.

Celestyal has confirmed that its ships will not return to the Middle East during the next two years, with the company moving its winter deployment to the Mediterranean.
Celestyal Discovery will operate the line’s first western Mediterranean winter program across the 2026/27 and 2027/28 seasons. The planned itineraries will include maiden calls at Sete, France, and Tangier, Morocco.
Beginning in December 2027, the 1,258-passenger Celestyal Journey is scheduled to sail four seven-night Mediterranean Mosaics cruises between Athens and Istanbul. Fares for those voyages will start at £629 per person.
The ship is also set to offer three 14-night Three Continents Explorer cruises departing from Athens and Istanbul. The itineraries will combine several Mediterranean Mosaics destinations while visiting ports in Africa, Asia and Europe, including Alexandria in Egypt, Kusadasi in Turkey and Thessaloniki in Greece. Prices will begin at £1,099 per person.
According to Celestyal, the listed fares cover meals, soft drinks served with meals, Wi-Fi, port fees and gratuities.
