Celebrity Cruises names Leigh Aslett UK and Ireland sales director
The 14-year company veteran will take up the position on 1 November, succeeding Nicola McNeish.
Celebrity Cruises has appointed Leigh Aslett as its sales director for the UK and Ireland, effective 1 November. She will report to Claire Stirrup, the cruise line’s managing director for the UK and Ireland.
Aslett had worked for Celebrity Cruises for 14 years and was serving as head of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the time of the appointment. According to the company, she had held that position for the previous two years, overseeing commercial strategy and trade performance across continental Europe and the Middle East.
She will replace Nicola McNeish, who is moving to Silversea to become senior director of sales for the UK and Ireland. McNeish was due to begin her new role at the end of the month in which the appointment was announced.
