Cartagena expects 11 cruise calls through August 29
Scheduled ships are set to bring a combined 22,500 passengers, with seven calls concentrated between August 23 and 27.
Cartagena is scheduled to receive 11 cruise ships from mid-August through August 29, carrying a combined 22,500 passengers. The sequence began with Princess Cruises’ Sky Princess, which arrived with more than 4,600 passengers.
The busiest stretch is expected from August 23 to 27, when seven ships are scheduled to dock over five days. Together, those vessels are due to bring more than 13,800 travelers to the city.
Several calls will overlap. Silver Ray and Crystal Serenity are scheduled to visit on the same day, while Cunard’s Queen Anne and Oceania Cruises’ Allura are also due in port simultaneously. Silver Muse is set to arrive alongside AIDA Cruises’ Aidastella.
P&O Cruises’ Aurora and Britannia are also among the scheduled vessels. The two-week run is due to conclude with Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Sky, which is expected to carry more than 2,400 passengers.
