Carnival Staff Restrict Balcony and Drink Access for Intoxicated Guest
A TikTok video reportedly shows crew members escorting the passenger to her stateroom without force or raised voices.

Carnival Cruise Line staff removed a balcony-door handle and confiscated a guest’s keycard after the passenger became intoxicated, according to a report describing a video shared on TikTok by @juicyloveboo.
The report said the footage showed crew members escorting the guest to her stateroom calmly, without using force or yelling. Staff then reportedly removed the handle from the stateroom’s balcony door, preventing the guest from accessing the balcony and reducing the risk of a fall or another unsafe decision.
The guest’s keycard was also confiscated, according to the report, eliminating her ability to order additional alcoholic beverages. The report’s author said they believed the guest’s drink package was suspended without a refund, though that detail was presented as the author’s belief rather than a confirmed action.
The specific Carnival ship was not identified in the video. The author said they believed the incident occurred aboard Carnival Firenze.
