Carnival outlines three Value Package options through 2027
The cruise line’s bundles range from $25 to $120 per person, per day, with booking and cabin-wide requirements.

Carnival Cruise Line is offering three Value Package tiers. The Kids & Teens option costs $25 per person, per day, and includes a beverage package, internet access, arcade tokens, a Carnival lanyard, a Bottomless Bubbles souvenir cup and 50% off bulk candy at Cherry On Top.
The $60-per-day Essentials package covers drinks, internet, shore excursions and specialty dining. Ultimate costs $120 per person, per day, adding spa treatments and a photo package to drinks, internet, excursions and specialty dining.
Carnival brand ambassador John Heald said the packages applied through 2027 and urged interested guests to act quickly because he did not know how long they would remain available. His announcement instructed guests to book by September 30.
Every guest sharing a cabin must select the same Value Package. Essentials and Ultimate benefits cannot be combined, although an Essentials customer may buy the Cheers! drinks package separately.
Package discounts must be applied at least three days before departure. Carnival cautions that packages added close to sailing could sell out. The packages were created in December 2025, according to the report, and their purchase deadline was later extended multiple times.
