Carnival details evening events for shorter cruises
Select sailings of five days or fewer will offer either a Cruise Elegant evening or a White Hot Night, according to the cruise line’s policy.

Carnival Cruise Line’s evening-attire policy says select cruises lasting five days or fewer will include one Cruise Elegant evening. Short voyages that do not feature Cruise Elegant will instead host a White Hot Night.
Passenger accounts indicate the schedule may vary by sailing. One guest reported that White Hot Night replaced Cruise Elegant during a four-night Carnival Glory cruise, while another commenter said a recent three-night Carnival Freedom sailing still offered an Elegant Night.
White Hot Night is described as an all-ages event led by the cruise director on the Lido deck or in the ship’s atrium. Guests are encouraged to wear white clothing and accessories for dancing, giveaways and other entertainment.
Cruises of six days or longer will continue to have two Cruise Elegant evenings and may also include a White Hot Night. Guests booked on voyages of five days or fewer can check the Carnival Hub app for theme-night information, although Carnival has not specified how far ahead of departure those details will appear.
