Carnival Corporation renews multi-year repair agreement with Seatrium

The arrangement includes scheduled work on three cruise ships in late 2026 and additional vessel visits through 2029.

Carnival Corporation has renewed its multi-year Favoured Customer Contract with Seatrium Group, securing access to the company’s facilities for work on vessels across its cruise portfolio. Planned services include statutory inspections, maintenance, upgrades, revitalizations and retrofits.

The agreement covers ships operated by eight Carnival Corporation brands: AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises and Seabourn.

Seatrium is scheduled to work on Royal Princess and Carnival Luminosa in October 2026, followed by Seabourn Encore in November 2026. Several other Carnival Corporation vessels are expected to visit Seatrium yards between 2027 and 2029 under the renewed arrangement.

According to the companies, the contract provides strategic partners with greater certainty over repair slots at Seatrium facilities. It also gives Seatrium increased visibility into future yard utilization and opportunities to optimize capacity.
