Carnival Corporation plans 2029 transfers for Arcadia and Queen Anne
Arcadia will join Holland America Line, while Queen Anne will move from Cunard to P&O Cruises after its final world cruise.

Carnival Corporation will transfer Arcadia from P&O Cruises to Holland America Line in 2029, making the vessel the 12th ship in Holland America’s fleet. Arcadia will continue sailing for P&O Cruises through Aug. 21, 2029.
Before entering Holland America service, Arcadia is scheduled for a transformation that will add venues and other features. Further details about those changes are expected to be announced in the coming months. The ship debuted in 2005 and has operated with P&O Cruises throughout its service life.
Carnival Corporation also plans to move Queen Anne from Cunard to P&O Cruises. The ship’s final Cunard sailing will be the 2028-29 world cruise.
Queen Anne will then undergo an extensive renovation intended to align it with other P&O Cruises ships. It will also receive a new name during dry dock before beginning service with P&O Cruises in May 2029. Queen Anne entered service in 2024 and is currently Cunard’s newest ship.
