Carnival Corporation extends Seatrium partnership through 2029
The multi-year agreement secures repair and dry-dock availability for ships across eight cruise brands.

Carnival Corporation has renewed its long-term partnership with Seatrium under a multi-year agreement running through 2029. The arrangement will support maintenance, upgrades and refurbishment work across the cruise company’s fleet.
Under the agreement, Carnival Corporation will receive guaranteed access to repair and dry-dock capacity. The commitment will also help Seatrium plan capacity at its shipyards for future projects.
Three vessels are already scheduled to enter Seatrium yards during the fourth quarter of 2026: Princess Cruises’ Royal Princess, Carnival Cruise Line’s Carnival Luminosa and Seabourn’s Seabourn Encore. Additional Carnival Corporation ships are expected to use Seatrium facilities between 2026 and 2029.
The contract encompasses vessels operated by Carnival Corporation’s eight cruise brands: AIDA Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises and Seabourn.
