Carnival Conquest tests evening hours at Guy’s Burger Joint
The limited pilot adds another complimentary dinner choice on select short sailings without changing main dining room service.

Carnival Cruise Line is testing extended operating hours for Guy’s Burger Joint aboard Carnival Conquest, allowing the poolside venue to remain open into the dinner period instead of serving only during lunch.
According to publicly available information, the trial began in late August and early September 2026 on select short cruises departing PortMiami for the Bahamas and Caribbean. The schedule gives guests another complimentary evening dining option on Deck 9, with service overlapping the ship’s main dining room seatings and Lido buffet hours.
Reports about the pilot say the later burger service does not replace or reduce operations in Carnival Conquest’s Monet and Renoir main dining rooms, which continue to offer traditional early and late seatings. The test is currently confined to Carnival Conquest, and Carnival has not announced the extended hours as a permanent change across its fleet.
