Carnival adds youth-focused Value Package for select 2026 cruises
The $25-per-person daily package combines beverages, WiFi, arcade tokens and other benefits for guests ages three to 17.

Carnival Cruise Line added a new Value Package on Aug. 24, 2026, expanding its lineup alongside the Essentials and Ultimate packages. The new option is designed for children and teenagers ages three through 17 and costs $25 per person, per day.
According to Carnival, the package includes Bottomless Bubbles with a souvenir cup, a Social WiFi plan, a lanyard and a 50% discount on bulk candy. It also provides 1,000 arcade tokens, which the cruise line describes as a $200 value.
All three Value Packages are available as add-ons through the end of September for cruises departing from Aug. 28 through Dec. 31, 2026. They must be purchased online before the cruise and cover the full sailing.
Carnival’s conditions state that if one adult in a cabin purchases the Essentials Value Package, every other stateroom guest age 21 or older must also buy it. Packages are fully refundable when canceled before the cruise, but unused benefits are not refundable. Guests may upgrade a package until at least 24 hours before embarkation.
