Captain D’s Sweepstakes Winner Plans Family Alaska Cruise
Sandra Elmore won a trip for up to six people after entering the nationwide promotion at a restaurant in July.
Sandra Elmore has won Captain D’s nationwide sweepstakes prize, an Alaska cruise for up to six family members. Her entry was selected from more than 5,000 submitted for the promotion.
Elmore entered in July after noticing a QR code at a Captain D’s restaurant while waiting for her food. She scanned the code and used her receipt to complete the entry. She plans to travel with her husband, their two children and the children’s spouses.
The family had not yet taken the cruise and was given six months to book it. The prize package includes three ocean-view rooms, round-trip airfare to Seattle, two nights of hotel accommodations in the city and a $3,000 travel stipend. Captain D’s said the Alaska itinerary was chosen to reflect the company’s commitment to seafood sourced in the United States, including fish from Alaska.
