Capital International Investors reduces Norwegian Cruise Line holdings

Capital International Investors sold 15,842,602 shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. on June 30, 2026, according to a report on the transaction. The sale was executed at $21.11 per share and left the investment firm holding 14,139,297 shares in the cruise operator.
The report placed Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ market capitalization at $8.09 billion. It also said the company operated about 75,000 berths across a fleet of 35 ships. Those ships operate under the Norwegian, Oceania and Regent Seven Seas brands.
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings also had 16 passenger vessels on order through 2037, the report said. The ordered ships represented 43,000 additional berths. The existing fleet and vessels on order span the company’s three cruise brands.
