Institutional investors and hedge funds own 87.53% of Royal Caribbean’s stock, the report states. Separately, Royal Caribbean CEO Michael W. Bayley sold 12,811 shares at an average price of $315.99, for a total reported value of $4,048,147.89.
Royal Caribbean reported quarterly earnings of $4.21 per share, exceeding the consensus estimate of $3.98 by $0.23. The company also posted quarterly revenue of $4.83 billion, compared with analyst estimates of $4.82 billion.
The cruise company set fiscal-year 2026 earnings guidance at 17.730–17.870 EPS. Its third-quarter 2026 guidance was set at 6.260–6.360 EPS.
