AROYA Cruises launches bilingual voyage-planning app
The English- and Arabic-language app combines cruise booking, reservation management and onboard services in one mobile platform.
AROYA Cruises has introduced a mobile app designed to let guests plan, book and manage voyages in English or Arabic. Available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the platform supports cruise searches and bookings, reservation management, digital check-in, and pre- and post-cruise checklists.
During a sailing, passengers can use the app to review daily programs and make reservations for dining, entertainment venues, events, spa and wellness experiences, and shore excursions. It also allows users to track their onboard accounts and view selected offers and promotions. According to the cruise line, some onboard functions can be accessed without purchasing Wi-Fi.
AROYA Cruises said the platform represents the first complete cruise booking journey offered entirely within a cruise line’s mobile app.
