Ambience sails short Netherlands and Belgium itinerary from Tilbury
The Ambassador Cruise Line ship visited IJmuiden and Zeebrugge during a four-night cruise that also included a day at sea.
A recent four-night cruise aboard Ambassador Cruise Line’s Ambience departed Tilbury and sailed overnight to IJmuiden, the gateway for Amsterdam. Many passengers joined excursions to the Dutch capital arranged by the cruise line.
Following the Netherlands call and a day at sea, Ambience visited Zeebrugge for Bruges. A shuttle bus was also provided for passengers wishing to visit the seaside resort of Blankenberge.
Ambience is around 70,000 tonnes and accommodates approximately 1,400 guests. Its dining venues include the Buckingham Restaurant, Borough Market buffet and the weather-dependent Al Fresco Grill. Speciality choices include Saffron, which is inspired by Indian and Asian cuisine, and Sea & Grass, which offers a tasting menu.
Ambassador Cruise Line is also offering a five-night Dutch & Belgian Delights voyage aboard Ambience, scheduled to leave London Tilbury on 26 July 2027.
