Ambassador schedules three Norway aurora sailings from Tilbury
The cruise line has set three 16-night Land of the Northern Lights departures for late 2026 and early 2027.

Ambassador Cruise Line has scheduled three Norway’s Land of the Northern Lights cruises from London Tilbury. The first, code A12626, is due to depart on 18th October 2026. The 16-night itinerary spans eight Arctic ports.
Two further 16-night sailings are planned for March 2027. Cruise A12703 is scheduled to leave London Tilbury on 1 March, followed by A22703 on 8 March.
According to Ambassador, the October itinerary is timed for reduced daylight and prolonged twilight. Its Norwegian port selection includes destinations with low light pollution, conditions the cruise line says can improve the chances of seeing the aurora.
Ambassador describes the March voyages as taking place during Norway’s light winter, when days are longer and snowfall is frequent. The itineraries include Norwegian towns and cities, history, culture, outdoor activities and opportunities to seek the Northern Lights. Optional excursions available to guests include kayaking, RIB rides and dog sledding.
